The tour price includes the items listed in the INCLUDED IN THE PRICE section above. Price is based on the average exchange rate of $1.25 USD to 1 Euro. Balance of $850 is due March 1st 2019. The solo supplement upcharge of $400 will be due at that time. The solo supplement payment must be sent via check made out to BAC to the BAC office (Bicycle Adventure Club, PO Box 23998, San Diego. CA 92193) and must include a notation of the tour name and dates. The balance of $850 which is due on March 1st, 2019 may be adjusted depending on the exchange rate at that time.

SINGLES & SOLOS POLICY

SINGLES ARE WELCOME!!!! It is recommended that singles who want a roommate try to find their own. However, after receipt of the initial deposit, a single without a roommate will be placed on the trip and given until January 1st 2019 with a full refund (minus the BAC fee and payment processing fees) or pay the $400.00 solo supplement and stay on the ride. If a single pays the supplement, they may continue to seek a roommate, but must plan to participate without a roommate if necessary. The Ride Director will assist by attempting to match singles that apply for the ride. Note that we have a limited number of single rooms available.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The BAC registration fee and payment processing fees are non refundable unless the entire tour is cancelled. Refunds of the tour payments will depend upon whether a replacement rider signs up and on the costs that can be recouped. The amount refunded will be based on the principle that the tour participants will not incur any additional costa as a result of the cancellations. If the cancelling participant is replaced, a refund will be made at that time. If the cancelling participany can't be replaced, any refund will be determined after the ride and final expense reports are completed. If a single participant cancels and another roommate cannot be found, in addition to other costs that cannot be recouped, the cancelling roommate may also be liable for the solo supplement fee of the roommate on the tour. BAC encourages members to purchase trip cancellation insurance.
